And, apart from the metallurgical Plasma Furnace used for Polysilicon production we also have optimized the downstream process of manufacturing solar wafers, cells and panel by integrating new technologies and design to the machinery and equipment involved in their manufacturing.
We can supply state-of-the-art equipment for manufacturing of ingots of polysilicon viz. the directional solidification furnace. The furnace has been tuned to cast high purity ingots at a higher speed of casting than any other comparable product available in the industry.
Furthermore, we have the most advanced machinery and technology for wafering of silicon ingots and subsequently solar cell fabrication that minimize polysilicon wastage, consume lesser time and produce high quality and efficiency solar cells.
To convert solar cells into Photovoltaic Modules, we provide robust and clatter-free automatic and semi-automatic assembly lines equipped with the most modern stringer, laminator and panel testing devices which have been developed by our team of solar scientists and engineers. The PV module production lines are available in semi and fully automatic configuration and range from 25 MW to 200 MW annual production capacity (consisting of 3 working shifts).
